The BGU6102 MMIC is an unparalleled wideband MMIC product with integrated biasing features enabling functionality and a wide supply voltage range. BGU6102 is a member of the three major product series (BGU6101, BGU6102 and BGU6104).
This customer evaluation kit contains two application boards, ISM/LTE frequency band 700 MHz - 930 MHz and ISM frequency band 1.8 GHz - 2.2 GHz.
