Overview

NXP's 5G access edge technology is based on the open O-RAN architecture, allowing designers to deploy tailor-made 5G solutions faster, while providing them with an easier and more cost-effective way to maintain, upgrade and expand their 5G functionality. To provide ultra-high reliability and ultra-low latency and achieve real-time and reliable 5G interaction, we also need to work hard on edge technology.
5G access edge technology is used in key network infrastructure equipment to connect the 5G core network and end-user equipment.
