Overview

Introduction

With 4 channels of PD fast charging detection, each channel is 30w (PD charging ic sw3526)

Main control ESP32-C3-01M
wifi automatic time synchronization (EspTouch distribution network) temperature and humidity monitoring (AHT20)
input current and voltage monitoring
5vsb port connected to 4 USBs, the board’s maximum output power is 5vsb 7a
5v port 8 USBs, the board’s maximum output power 5v19a
12v terminals 3, the board’s maximum output power is 12v48a

OTA upgrade (comes with web server)

Flash automatically saves wifi settings and last switch status

Burning method

Do not solder the two 0R resistors R15 and R16 on the large board (download the program before soldering)

Connect the USB computer to the board, load target.bin through the flash_download_tool tool, the starting position is 0x0, and download the program for the esp32c3 master control

Instructions

Switch the ATX power supply on and off: short press the button on the voltage detection interface

Enter the distribution network mode: long press the button on the voltage detection interface for 3s---the screen displays "Smart Distribution Network"---use esptouch on the mobile phone to configure wifi, and the esptouch download link for Apple and Android ( https://www.espressif.com .cn/zh-hans/support/download/apps )

Enter wifi ota upgrade mode (network configuration must be completed first): click the button under the startup logo---after the IP address is displayed on the screen---open the interface on your mobile phone or computer to upload the firmware and you can upgrade
