Currently, only the firmware of st7789 is provided. The 2.8-inch version is priced at 19 yuan on Taobao with free shipping, and the 2.4-inch version is priced at 17 yuan with free shipping. There is a chance of receiving a sign-in red envelope.
 
 
Due to driver reasons, it is currently only available under Windows.
 
For Linux drivers, please refer to rpusbdisp: https://github.com/robopeak/rpusbdisp
 
But because the performance is not good, it may be annoying.
 
 
Please refer to the original project for driver installation.
 
Program burning: Manual USB download/ Cube-esp-tool fast burning interface
 
Burning command:
 
esptool.py -p (PORT) -b 916200 --before default_reset --after hard_reset --chip esp32s2  write_flash --flash_mode dio --flash_size detect --flash_freq 80m 0x1000 build/bootloader/bootloader.bin 0x8000 build/partition_table/partition-table.bin 0x10000 build/ili9340.bin
 
(PORT)   Depends on operating system and burning method, for example:
 
/ Manual USB burning Cube-esp-tool fast burning
Linux /dev/ttyACM[X] /dev/ttyUSB[X]
Windows COM[X] COM[X]
 
USB needs to enter download mode manually to recognize the serial port
 
GUI burning automatically corresponds to the file and address in the command
 
  • 2022.2.18 Ver2.2 firmware update 
    • Optimize JPEG decoding
    • Optimize the power-on process
    • Modify some registers of st7789 to enhance the display effect
    • Modify the SDK and force compilation using -Ofast
    • Turn on some experimental compilation optimizations

    • Optimize the gamma register value of st7789
    • Deleted some debugging code
    • Optimized fps calculation
