Egg timer

Overview

Introduction

A small, simple, easy-to-use kitchen timer powered by a lithium battery.

Sometimes in the kitchen, we need a timer that is not so precise to remind us to do something. Such as boiling eggs, collecting water, making pancakes, etc. Using a mobile phone to time the clock is overkill. So, I made a special kitchen "egg" timer

characteristic:

  • Developed based on STC15W104 series 51 microcontroller
  • Taking advantage of the power-down mode of the STC51 microcontroller, the power consumption is extremely small when not working (the working area is less than 25uA)
  • Large buttons, easy to operate.
  • Fixed timer of 6 minutes, which can be modified in the code
  • After the timer expires, the buzzer will sound at the maximum volume for 40 seconds (can be modified in the code).
  • Pressing the RST (reset) button at any time resets the timing, and pressing STOP (stop) at any time can terminate the timing (or sound).
  • Comes with a work indicator light to provide instructions while working.
  • Comes with a low battery indicator light that indicates when the battery power is below 3.3V.
