This project is based on RTL8213B main control + SFP (1.25Gbps) single-mode single-fiber Gigabit optical-to-electrical converter, four-layer board design, TYPE-c power supply, and supports USB power output for convenience.
Can be used with this switch: https://oshwhub.com/Kirito/shi-gong-zhong-V2.0shi-yong-5kou
It is also an advanced version of this project: https://oshwhub.com/Kirito/ji-yu-RTL8213Bde-qian-zhao-guang
RTL8213B-CG is a QFN40 high-performance media converter with low-power integrated single-port functionality and supports the Gigabit physical layer of 1000Base-T, 100Base-TX and 10Base-T.
The embedded packet storage SRAM in RTL8213B has excellent memory management technology to efficiently utilize memory space. The RTL8213B combines a 2048-entry lookup table with a 4-way XOR hashing algorithm for address search and learning. The table provides read/write access from an I2C-like serial interface, or from a Media Independent Interface Management (MIIM) interface. One of each of these entries can be configured as a static entry. The normal aging time is between 200 and 400 seconds. 16 filtering databases are used to provide independent VLAN learning and shared VLAN learning (IVL/SVL) functions.
Embedded single-port 10/100/1000Base-T PHY
Each port supports full duplex 10/100/1000M connectivity (half duplex only supported in 10/100M mode)
Supports IEEE 802.1Q VLAN & IEEE 802.1ad Stacking VLAN
Supports IVL, SVL, and IVL/SVL
∎ Supports IEEE 802.1x Access Control Protocol
Supports Auto protection from Denial-of-Service attacks
Internal structure:
To ensure stable operation, please use a 5V2A power supply, maintain good heat dissipation, and keep the operating temperature high.

The first proofing verification of the V1.2 version was successful and is in the one-month stability testing phase. There are basically no bugs at present. You can download the gerber proofing by yourself.
Note that this project is a commercial version. The schematic diagram and PCB source files are not open source. Only the GERBER manufacturing files and assembly drawings are open source . All tests have passed. Interested students can download the attachments for proofing and welding.
The schematic diagram and PCB source files have been put on Circuit City. In order to support the author in subsidizing home use, friends in need are kindly requested to choose to purchase. Thank you.

The optical module is SFP single-mode single fiber Gigabit, which can be purchased on Taobao.
Of course, 100M is also possible, as long as it is an optical module with an SFP interface of Gigabit or below.
Update the shell file, you can find TB cutting, copper pillar size M2*4, acrylic thickness 2mm:
See the video for the actual usage test. It can run up to 1000M.
You’ve seen this, why don’t you leave without giving me a thumbs up? (*╹▽╹*)
