[Training Camp] IoT clock based on ESP32

Overview

An IoT clock based on ESP32, powered by 18650, has been physically verified. It can be used for about three days with 18650 power supply. The basic functions of the clock have been implemented, and it can also change the brightness of the digital tube. In the future, power display and countdown will be added. Function
