According to industry insider information, the well-known American IT media How-to Geek specially praised LG's OLED evo (C4) model and praised it as the best OLED TV of the year. At the same time, the media also awarded the LG OLED TV (B4) model the title of "Best Affordable OLED TV" and highly praised LG OLED evo (C4) as an excellent OLED TV that can meet the needs of a wide range of viewers.
In the gaming field, the American gaming media platform Imagine Games Network also gave LG high praise, selecting the 65-inch LG OLED evo (C4) as the best gaming TV that best matches the next generation of game consoles.
In addition, Forbes, an authoritative American business magazine, also recognized LG Electronics' OLED TVs, naming the 77-inch LG OLED evo (G4) as the best 75-inch TV and the same-sized LG OLED evo (C4) as the best 75-inch gaming TV.
According to data from market research firm Omdia, LG Electronics' global OLED TV shipment market share in the first quarter of 2024 has exceeded 50%. Specifically, LG Electronics shipped a total of approximately 627,000 OLED TVs in this quarter, with a global market share of 52%. In the ultra-large OLED TV market of 70 inches and above and 80 inches and above, LG Electronics' shipment market share reached 53% and 58.4% respectively, firmly maintaining its leading position in the industry.
