The glue coating robot with a camera performs real-time glue coating inspection during the gluing process, and the glue width is automatically generated. It can detect the 2D appearance, width, glue breakage, and distance from glue to the boundary of straight glue, curved glue, and right-angle glue without blind spots.
The disc-type detection head integrates a camera, lens, and light source. The light source is a four-color adjustable lighting device that precisely controls the RGBW four-color light source to synthesize any color light source, providing stable and reliable lighting conditions for various industrial detection, positioning, and identification tasks.
