Time relay control inching and self-locking circuit
Today we will learn how to use the time relay control circuit to realize the inching and self-locking circuit
First, after turning on the power
The power failure delay action time relay KT, the coil is energized.
Time relay KT, normally closed contact opens immediately.
At this time, press and hold the start button SB2 and the contactor KM coil will be energized.
When the start button SB2 is pressed for a time longer than the delay time set by the time relay KT.
The power-off delay time relay KT closes the normally closed contacts after a delay action, forming a self-locking state.
If you want to achieve inching, just press the start button SB2 for a time that does not exceed the delay action time of the delay time relay KT.
