IP9013 is a high-performance dedicated chip that can be used for electronic cigarette microphones, integrating battery charging, capacitor detection, heating resistor discharge control, drive and LED indication.
IP9013 integrates a single-cell lithium battery linear charging circuit, supporting trickle current, constant current, and constant voltage complete charging modes. Constant current charging current is 350mA, constant voltage charging voltage is 4.2V;
IP9013 integrates a discharge output power MOS with an impedance of 50mΩ and can support a 1Ω discharge resistor.
IP9013 supports constant effective value output, which can ensure that the output power remains stable when the battery voltage changes.
IP9013 integrates microphone capacitance detection, which can detect the capacitance change caused by microphone inhalation to wake up the discharge output, and supports self-calibration of capacitance value. It can work normally without adjustment for different microphones or environments.
IP9013 has extremely low standby power consumption. When not awakened, the standby power consumption is as low as 2uA (TYP).
IP9013 integrates multiple protection functions; it has discharge battery undervoltage protection, and the discharge output will be prohibited when the battery voltage is too low; it has long-term discharge output protection, and the output will be automatically turned off if the discharge output exceeds 10s; it has overcurrent and short-circuit protection functions, and it will automatically turn off the output when the output resistance is less than 0.2Ω or the output current is greater than 7A.
IP9013 is a chip dedicated to electronic cigarette microphones. It has very few peripheral circuit components, which can greatly simplify system design and reduce costs.
