Xinsen AN3V PB50 is an open-loop Hall technology current sensor developed based on ASIC technology. It is a miniature, low-power, compact, isolated and insulated key current measurement component that can convert the current in the circuit into a measurable electrical signal. The output signal is voltage, fixed gain, supply voltage +5V, accuracy <1%, operating temperature range -40~105°C, zero point voltage ±5mV, very small size, mainly used in scenarios with limited space such as power modules, battery management, AC variable frequency speed regulation, servo motors, etc. The installation method is PCB+current busbar, which can replace the HLSR series current sensor.
How to use AN3V PB50 open loop Hall current sensor:
Using the circuit connection diagram as an example, after inserting AN3V PB50 into the circuit, 5-10 are used to sense the primary current Ip, 4 is the supply voltage, 2 is the output voltage, 1 is the reference terminal voltage, and 3 is the ground protection.
AN3V PB50 open loop Hall current sensor advantages and features:
Application scenarios of AN3V PB50 open-loop Hall current sensor:
One of the typical application scenarios of AN3V PB50 open-loop Hall current sensor is permanent magnet synchronous servo motor. AC permanent magnet synchronous servo system is generally composed of control system, inverter and motor. In this high-precision, wide speed regulation servo drive, the servo system current detection element basically chooses AN3V PB50, a programmable, low-power and compact product. The general system structure block diagram is shown below:
The main functions of AN3V PB50 open-loop Hall current sensor in servo motors:
Current sampling: Convert the current signal into a digital signal and provide it to the control circuit for sampling and processing.
Current feedback: Compare the actual current with the preset value to achieve current feedback control.
Protection and fault diagnosis: It can provide protection measures such as overcurrent protection and short circuit protection, and provide diagnostic information when a fault occurs to ensure the stability and reliability of the system. By using the AN3V PB50 open-loop Hall current sensor, it is possible to accurately measure and control the current in the on-board SMPS power supply, thereby improving the stability and reliability of the output voltage and protecting the safe and stable operation of the system.
