With the development of technology, smart home products are also widely used. Smart sweeping robots are wireless sensing sweeping machines. They are usually disc-shaped and are wireless machines. Their bodies are often mobile devices with automation technology, and their interiors are vacuum cleaners with dust collection boxes. There is a sensor in front of the body that can turn and avoid obstacles. Other commands are generally controlled and set through the top operation panel or remote control.
Hall elements mainly play the role of controlling switches in sweeping robots, among which unipolar and omnipolar Hall elements are the most widely used. As needed, the Hall sensor will be installed at the switch position of the body, and will run the "start" or "stop" command after receiving the command. The bipolar Hall element detects the rotor position of the brushless motor and feeds it back to the control circuit so that it can know the exact time of the motor phase commutation. Because the sweeping robot uses a lithium battery and operates with a rechargeable battery, the power consumption requirements are relatively strict.
Zhongke Alpha AH462 is a low-power, high-sensitivity omnipolar Hall switch chip designed and produced using CMOS technology. The chip device integrates a voltage regulator, a Hall voltage generator, a small signal amplifier, a chopper regulator, a Schmitt trigger and a CMOS output driver. The chip has the characteristics of good temperature stability, strong stress resistance and high sensitivity.
