For example, the monocular vision recognition system that is more common on the market currently has very limited information obtained by a single camera. When encountering a relatively low obstacle such as a threshold, it is often unable to make effective judgments. The 3D structured light solution will also have similar problems. Therefore, at this time, we can change our thinking. Since obstacle avoidance is not possible, can we improve the obstacle crossing ability? How to improve the obstacle crossing ability without affecting other functions? At this time, the role of the servo is reflected. It can rotate the angle to position, thereby lifting the obstacle crossing wheel and mop module, so that it can easily cross obstacles, and it has strong impact resistance and will not fail due to collisions. At the same time, its size is very small, even if it is placed under a sweeper with a very low chassis, it will not take up too much space.
2. Floor scrubber
Unlike sweepers, floor scrubbers are semi-automatic furniture and will not encounter the above situation. However, the self-cleaning ability of floor scrubbers is often criticized. Many people may think that it does not matter whether the floor scrubber can clean itself or not. But I think that whether the floor scrubber can clean itself is the key to whether the floor scrubber is easy to use. How can a cleaning device that cannot even clean itself clean clean the floor? Speaking of servos, although the servos are small in size, their torque is not small. When the roller brush of the floor scrubber rotates, it can control the baffle or scraper to block it and scrape all kinds of garbage and debris off the roller brush, thereby playing a self-cleaning role, and it can be adjusted in multiple gears according to the suction and water output of the floor scrubber, which is very convenient.
