ADI ADAU1701 DSP digital audio processing solution


ADAU1701 is a complete single-chip audio system that includes 28/56 bit audio DSP, ADC, DAC and microcontroller-like control interface. Signal processing includes balance, mixing, bass enhancement, multi-band dynamic processing, delay compensation and stereo image expansion, which can compensate for the limitations of real-world speakers, amplifiers and listening environments, and dynamically improve the perceived audio quality.


The signal processing of the ADAU1701 is comparable to that found in high-end stereo equipment. Most of the processing is done in full 56-bit double-precision mode, resulting in very good low-level signal performance. The ADAU1701 is a fully programmable digital signal processor. The easy-to-use SigmaStudio software allows the user to graphically configure a custom signal processing flow using biquad filters, dynamics processors, level controls, and GPIO interface control general-purpose means.
