Industry Overview
Sanding machines are machine tools that use coated abrasives (sandpaper or sanding belts) to sand and polish the surfaces of parts and components. They are often used in wood polishing, metal deburring and other scenarios. They are widely used in building materials, woodworking furniture processing, metal material processing and other industries. Sanding machines can be divided into handheld sanders and desktop sanders. This article mainly introduces desktop sanders.
System Configuration
Table sanders are mainly divided into roller sanders, disc sanders, belt sanders, brush sanders, combined sanders, and special-shaped sanders. The structures of these sanders are mainly composed of a base, a grinding wheel, a motor, a dust cover, etc. The main difference lies in the different installation methods of the coated abrasives to meet the grinding needs of different parts.
The automatic sanding machine uses ENA100 series inverter to control the belt rotation speed and feeding speed, which can achieve stepless speed change, reduce manpower requirements and increase production capacity. The feeding motor is equipped with an encoder to calculate the processing volume and workpiece position. The number of sand racks and sand heads can be increased or decreased according to actual needs. The PLC program controls multiple inverters to drive the sanding belt motor to run. Through the stepless speed regulation function, it can meet the processing needs of various materials. The sanding machine equipment can start the air valve according to the increase in processing volume, and perform automatic feed compensation to ensure that the sand head will not change the sanding effect due to the wear of the grinding wheel, and ensure the uniform specifications of the finished product.
