Some provinces have taken the lead in launching charging pile inspections, including safety, performance, power quality, efficiency, and interoperability.


In view of the above charging pile detection status, we launched the XL-942S off-board charging pile on-site comprehensive tester and the XL-943S AC charging pile on-site comprehensive tester for on-site detection. The instrument has built-in functions such as vehicle interface simulator, on-site calibrator, power analyzer, oscilloscope, insulation tester and recorder. At the same time, the equipment is miniaturized, the weight of the whole unit is controlled at about 20kg, and it is in the form of a suitcase, which greatly improves the on-site test efficiency and on-site test experience. At the same time, the on-site comprehensive tester launched by our company has a "non-intrusive" detection solution. It can accurately complete related test items such as interoperability without the need for internal wiring of the charging pile, greatly improving the efficiency and safety of on-site detection. In addition, the wireless remote control mode pioneered by Xinglong is designed specifically for the complex and harsh on-site test environment, which greatly improves the on-site test experience and also improves the test efficiency.
