How to do a good job of inspection during the trial operation of the motor
(1) Pay attention to whether the rotation direction of the motor matches the required rotation direction and whether there is any noise during operation.
(2) Record the starting time and load current
(3) Check the axial movement of the motor (referring to the sliding bearing)
(4) Measure the vibration value of the motor (for unimportant motors with a capacity of 40 kW or less, the vibration value does not need to be measured).
(5) Check whether the commutator, slip ring and brush are working properly, and observe their spark conditions (slight sparks are allowed under the brush).
(6) Check whether the motor housing is overheated and whether the bearing temperature meets the manufacturer's regulations (for insulated bearings, the shaft voltage should also be measured).
