These motors must be subject to mandatory CCC certification

The Compulsory Product Certification Catalog Description and Definition Table (revised in 2023) has been released, among which low-power motors and explosion-proof motors are both within the scope of the catalog. To facilitate motor manufacturers and consumers, this article will sort out the definitions of the motor products involved for reference.

**11. Small power motor (0401)

1

Suitable for driving small power motors with rated voltage greater than 36V (DC or AC effective value) and less than DC 1500V or AC 1000V.

include:

(1) All types of AC asynchronous motors and AC synchronous motors (rated power ≤ synchronous speed × 1.1 kW/1500) with a maximum continuous rating not exceeding 1.1 kW when the speed is converted to 1500 r/min;

(2) AC commutator motors and DC motors with a maximum continuous rating not exceeding 1.1 kW.

Excludes:

(1) Motors for control purposes (such as servo motors, stepper motors, synchro motors, resolvers, tachometer generators, induction phase shifters, etc.);

(2) There is a multi-voltage, multi-speed motor whose rating exceeds the above applicable range.

(3) Explosion-proof motors are only certified according to the mandatory certification requirements for explosion-proof electrical products. This article sorts out the products that are suitable for GB12350 and GB/T 14711 certification. See Table 1 and Table 2 for details.

Explosion-proof motors (2301) and explosion-proof electric pumps (2302)

Explosion-proof motors (2301) are suitable for explosive environments and have explosion-proof safety functions. They are used for various types of motors that convert electrical energy into mechanical energy. This type of product is usually composed of a stator, a rotor and other structural parts.

Explosion-proof electric pump (2302) is suitable for explosive environments, has explosion-proof safety functions, and is used to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, so that the medium can be transmitted at a certain flow rate and head (or pressure). This type of product is composed of an electric drive part and a pump coaxially connected.

Applicable standards: GB/T3836.1, GB/T3836.2, GB/T3836.3, GB/T3836.4, GB/T3836.5, GB/T3836.6, GB/T3836.7, GB/T3836.8, GB/T3836.9, GB/T3836.31; 3. Products that do not have the product functions in the "description or enumeration of the scope of application of the product" are not included. This article organizes the contents of explosion-proof motors and explosion-proof electric pumps for reference, see Table 3 for details.
