The following points should be noted when using the single-phase DC motor speed regulator on site:
1. Please read the product instructions and wiring requirements carefully before installation;
2. If the on-site motor does not have a speed measuring motor, it must be temporarily changed to voltage feedback, that is, short-circuit the short-circuit spring J8 on the circuit board and short-circuit J2 2~3;
3. If there is a tachometer generator, the short-circuit spring J8 should be disconnected and the two pins of J1-1/2 should be short-circuited;
4. If it is reversed, just reverse the connection of either the armature or the magnetic field;
5. The armature output is generally adjusted to 180V before leaving the factory. If the incoming power grid reaches about 240V and the speed needs to be increased, RP1 can be adjusted to output 220V. Generally, Z2 motors are 220V.
6. Since the transformers of single-phase DC drives are all 500:1, the actual maximum current is set to 35A.
If you find that the motor current cannot increase at a high speed, do not arbitrarily increase the positive limit. This may be because the motor magnetic field is broken and the motor is weak. The motor needs to be repaired. Remember!!!
7. If you need to use synchronous or partial transmission, you must book it in advance. Generally, these parts on the circuit board are not welded;
8. If the readings of the voltmeter, current and multimeter are inconsistent, you can adjust RP13 and RP14 until they are basically the same as the readings of the multimeter.
