The debugging steps of KTS torque motor controller during use are as follows:
1. Generally, it can be put into use directly without debugging. Because it has been strictly tested repeatedly for various inductive, resistive, static, dynamic and other indicators before leaving the factory;
2. After receiving the product, first check the outer packaging to see if it is soaked by rain or damaged, and then check whether there is any obvious mechanical damage on the outside of the product;
3. Use a digital multimeter to measure the short-circuit resistance between line R and the other five lines. Measure each line with the other five lines in turn. If there is no short circuit, connect the wires to the machine and power it on.
4. After the wiring is correct, turn on the power and adjust the given voltage counterclockwise to zero. Turn on the switch, the indicator light will light up and the voltage will be between 50 and 70V; then adjust the given voltage to rise slowly with the instruction until it reaches the required value;
5. Due to the differences in motors and workloads, it is difficult to adjust the linearity in the working state, so our company has specially set up the adjustment of the bias signal. That is, when the machine is turned on, adjust the built-in potentiometer J8 clockwise under the state of zero setting to increase the output voltage, and the equipment can be started slowly at the same time, but not too much. In this way, when the setting is adjusted during production, the equipment will be synchronized with it and rise linearly to reach the required value.
