Frequency Converter Fault Codes
PG failure is also a problem we often encounter during use. Generally, open-loop control is not allowed during lifting.
main reason:
1. PG connection is incorrect or disconnected;
2. PG shielding grounding is poor, causing signal interference;
3. The PG card is faulty and needs to be replaced.
In addition, if the PG itself fails, an alarm will be sounded. However, some inverters will quote the fault code separately, such as Siemens code F051.
Communication fault (bus, F082)
Generally speaking, communication failures frequently occur during debugging, especially during program settings between the inverter and the PLC.
Inverter fault code:
1. OC alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: over current during adding, subtracting and constant speed.
2. OLU alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: inverter overload.
3. OU1 alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: overvoltage during acceleration.
4. LU alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: under voltage.
5. EF alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: short circuit to ground fault.
6. Er1 alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: memory abnormality.
7. Er7 alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: self-tuning failure.
8. Er2 alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: panel communication abnormality.
9. OH1 overheat alarm, keyboard panel LCD display: heat sink overheat.
10. OH2 alarm and OH2 alarm: For G/P9 series machines, because there is an external alarm definition (E function), when there is no short-circuit piece at the external alarm definition terminal or the short-circuit piece is not connected during use, it will cause an OH2 alarm; if the CN18 plug-in (electric thermometer plug for detecting temperature) on the mainboard is loose at this time, it will cause an "1, OH2" alarm and cannot be reset. After the inspection is completed, it is necessary to power on again for reset.
