Motor starting
The motor must be started in expert mode.
To activate "Expert Mode" you must switch DIP switch S10/1 to ON. This is the default setting. This information is also available in MotionStudio.
The switch is located at the bottom of the EBOX
The motor data is listed on the nameplate included with the motor.
Make sure to check whether the motor is connected in star or delta.
This screen only displays data
The AMX is set by parameter 1
Always select this setting
The AMX can be used for single motor operation only if the ABOX has the following identification:
Multi-motor operation can be used when the ABOX has the following identification:
All SEW motors are designed for vector control operation, so make sure to select this type of operation.
The AMX can only be used in the "Speed Control" operating mode
You can open the list of motors here. Then you have to select the correct motor
