Explosion-proof motor maintenance standards
1. Appearance inspection:
1. Check whether the motor casing has cracks, open welds, deformation, and whether the spare parts are complete and damaged.
2. Check whether the fasteners of the explosion-proof parts are complete and whether there are slip buckles on the fastening screws and holes.
2. Rotor inspection: After pulling out the rotor, remove the inner and outer small covers and check for damage. The rotor cage bars and end rings are welded firmly and reliably without open welds or cold welds.
3. Bearing inspection: Remove the backrest wheel and check for damage. Remove the bearing and check for cracks, peeling, pitting, discoloration and rust.
4. Stator inspection:
1. The stator core and winding surface should be clean, and the winding insulation should not have obvious damage or changes.
2. When all windings are rewound, the insulation grade, winding pitch, wire cross-section, etc. should be the same as the original design.
3. Number of paint immersion: no less than 3 times.
5. Cooling system: Check that the water circuit of the water-cooled motor is unobstructed, the seal is intact, there is no leakage, and perform a water pressure test.
6. Explosion-proof surface inspection: The repair of each explosion-proof part of the explosion-proof motor shall comply with the GB3836.2-2000 standard.
7. Test:
1. Insulation resistance of winding: should be lower than 5MΩ (660V, 380V), and not lower than 10MΩ at 1140V.
2. Withstand voltage test: 380V—2000v/min, 660V—2500v/min, 1140V—3000v/min.
3. No-load test: The unbalanced value of the three-phase no-load current does not exceed 10%, and the operation is smooth without abnormal noise.
Special requirements for maintenance of explosion-proof motors
1. Explosion-proof motors must not be disassembled at will; when disassembling and repairing, the explosion-proof surface of the parts cannot be used as a fulcrum for the pry bar, and knocking or hitting the explosion-proof surface is not allowed.
2. When disassembling the motor, first remove the fan and fan, then use a sleeve wrench to remove the bolts of the end cover and bearing cover, then use a log or copper rod to hit the shaft extension along the axial direction to separate the end cover and the base, and finally remove the rotor. When removing parts, place them with the explosion-proof surface facing up and cover them with rubber or cloth pads, and take care not to lose the tightening bolts, spring pads, etc.
3. During paint dipping and assembly, the insulating paint or dirt attached to the explosion-proof surface should be cleaned. Do not scratch it with hard objects such as iron sheets, but you can use an oilstone to grind uneven areas.
4. If the explosion-proof surface is damaged, it must be repaired with lead-tin solder HISnPb58-2, the flux is 30% hydrochloric acid (for steel parts) or tin-zinc solder containing 58~60% tin, the flux is 30% ammonium chloride, 70% zinc chloride, and a mixed solution of 100~150% water (for cast iron parts). The solder must be firmly bonded to the parts, and the raised parts must be polished to achieve the specified smoothness.
5. To prevent the explosion-proof surface from rusting, apply engine oil or 204-1 replacement anti-rust oil on the explosion-proof surface.
