On April 8, according to Xinlian Integration, the NIO & Xinlian Integration Partner Conference and NIO's self-developed SiC module C sample rolled off the production line on March 29.

In January this year, Xinlian Integration and NIO signed a long-term supply agreement for silicon carbide module products. According to the agreement, Xinlian Integration will supply the first self-developed 1200V silicon carbide module for NIO's automobile production, and will become an important partner of NIO's full-stack self-developed system 900V high-voltage pure electric platform. This launch also marks that the maturity of NIO's self-developed SiC modules has been further improved, and it is one step closer to mass production.

Public information shows that Xinlian Integrated Circuit is a manufacturer focusing on power, sensing and transmission applications, providing foundry services for analog chips and module packaging.
