Unique advantages:
1) Extremely low sleep power consumption (less than 1uA).
When the chip enters the sleep state, the power tube is turned off first. The inductive load of the chip is cut off as the current path, forming a wide voltage fluctuation at the chip output pin. This wide voltage fluctuation constitutes a short-term strong interference source for the chip itself. During this period, the chip shields the perception of all external signals. When the external strong interference source disappears, the chip turns off the internal working modules one by one until all the working modules are turned off. Ultra-low power consumption is achieved while ensuring that each fulcrum inside the chip is in a certain state. By powering off in steps, it is ensured that there are no high resistance points in the chip and ultra-low sleep power consumption can be achieved.
2) The on-resistance is only 80 milliohms.
Combining the industry's most advanced packaging technology with Xidiwei's self-developed special process technology, we have achieved a technological breakthrough. By introducing the industry's most advanced power packaging technology, the package interconnect impedance is reduced by more than 90%, making it possible to achieve such a low on-resistance in the narrow HTSSOP-14L package. Our company will further achieve breakthroughs based on our years of process accumulation on the basis of our self-developed special process technology. Ultimately, we will achieve a breakthrough in the high-side switch category with ultra-low on-resistance. On the other hand, in order to cope with the challenges posed by ultra-low on-resistance to accurate detection of load current, our R&D personnel have innovatively designed the current sampling circuit structure and layout, and creatively introduced the concept of step-by-step calibration to achieve accurate current detection under ultra-low on-resistance.
3) Accurate load current detection capability.
Using an innovative circuit design architecture, the current detection circuit adopts a floating ground design, so that the accuracy of its current collection does not depend on the absolute voltage value of the chip power pin. When the battery voltage/chip power pin voltage fluctuates greatly, the load current detection circuit can effectively desensitize this fluctuation, ensuring the detection accuracy.
