FORESEE automotive grade UFS
Product Description:
FORESEE automotive-grade UFS covers three mainstream capacities: 64GB, 128GB and 256GB, with two options: UFS 2.1 and UFS 3.1. The operating temperature is -40°C-105°C (Grade2), which meets the requirements of automotive-grade working environment. It performs well in harsh environments such as high and low temperature changes, environmental tolerance, static electricity and electromagnetic interference. The high reliability and long service life ensure the equipment's long-term operation around the clock.
According to internal test results, in terms of data transmission, FORESEE's automotive-grade UFS 2.1 has a write performance 1.5 times higher than eMMC, and a read performance 2.5 times higher. Looking at the read performance of UFS3.1, it has increased by more than 6 times compared to eMMC, and the write performance is as high as 4 times. In terms of lOPS, the gap between UFS and eMMC is dozens of times, which can effectively reduce transmission delays and thus improve the storage speed of vehicle-mounted applications. In addition, the automotive-grade UFS package is consistent with the size of eMMC, which is convenient for automobile manufacturers in need to switch seamlessly.
Unique advantages:
FORESEE automotive-grade UFS uses original automotive-grade resources and high-quality components, combined with Longsys' self-developed firmware algorithm and strict reliability standard verification tests, which can effectively ensure the long-term, stable and reliable operation of the product at high and low temperatures of -40℃ ~105℃ while ensuring data security.
Jiangbolong Supply Chain Delivery Center has specially deployed a professional production supply chain that fully meets the requirements of automotive-grade products and is sufficient to support the current and future development of the industry. Through the management of each link such as customer demand, product development, material selection and production delivery, we strengthen stocking and backup to ensure long-term and stable automotive customer demand.
Jiangbolong has established modularization of storage chip architecture, firmware development, hardware design, and packaging process system testing, which can quickly realize customers' application ideas and implement them in storage products. Its automotive storage products have a wealth of technical customization cases, such as streaming media rearview mirrors, automotive triple-proof storage and other innovative applications, which can provide differentiated customization services for different automotive customers. The diverse customization options of automotive storage products include but are not limited to chip appearance customization, software partition customization, DSLC function customization, and encryption function customization. It provides customers with supply advantages of easy implementation, short cycle, and controllable cost. FORESEE not only supports product services such as application customization, 7X24 hours technical after-sales, and supply guarantee, but also can provide customers with localized R&D, joint innovation experiments, software and hardware testing and analysis and other value-added service solutions, and work with customers to promote the introduction of terminal equipment.
At present, automotive-grade UFS is basically occupied by international mainstream brands. On the basis of equal quality, FORESEE automotive-grade UFS has certain advantages in price and service, breaking the monopoly of international brands and filling the gap in domestic automotive-grade UFS products. Currently, it has participated in the early development of many Tier1 smart cockpit projects and has entered the small-batch trial production test state.
- Chip features and innovations: As of April 25, 2023, 171 patents have been accepted and 44 patents have been obtained.
-Standard certification: AEC-Q100
Application scenarios:
