Product Description:
The FC4150 product series is a high-performance automotive MCU based on the Corex-M4F core, supporting ASIL-B functional safety level, and the product has passed AEC-Q100 certification, Grade 1. The product has a high main frequency of 150MHZ, large Flash and SRAM, 3.0V-5.5V operating voltage, and is optimized for cost-sensitive applications.
