On July 26, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Administration Committee issued a notice on the "Guidelines for the Construction of the National Internet of Vehicles Industry Standard System (Intelligent Connected Vehicles) (2023 Edition)".
The notice proposes that in the first phase, by 2025, the system will form an intelligent connected vehicle standard system that can support common functions of combined driving assistance and autonomous driving . Formulate and revise more than 100 standards related to intelligent connected cars, covering standards such as integrated driving assistance, key autonomous driving systems, basic connected functions and operating systems, high-performance computing chips and data applications, and running through functional safety, expected functional safety, network Security standards such as safety and data security meet the standardization needs of intelligent connected vehicle technology, industrial development and government management.
In the second stage, by 2030, an intelligent connected vehicle standard system will be fully formed that can support the coordinated development of bicycle intelligence and network empowerment. Formulate and revise more than 140 standards related to intelligent connected vehicles and establish implementation effect evaluation and dynamic improvement mechanisms to meet the full-scenario application needs of combined driving assistance, autonomous driving and connected functions, and establish and improve a safety guarantee system, software, hardware, and data resource support system , the coordination of international standards and regulations in key areas such as autonomous driving has reached an advanced level, with intelligent connected vehicles as the core carrier and application carrier, driving the coordinated development of "car-road-cloud" and achieving innovation integration drive, cross-field collaboration and domestic and international coordination.
