Applied technology: 800V high-voltage integrated vehicle charging system CDU
Field of competition: Powertrain electrification
Product Description:
The high-voltage integrated on-board charging system for the 800V voltage platform deeply integrates OBC, DCDC and PDU. It uses SiC and bus voltage regulation technology to achieve a wider output voltage range, higher working efficiency and smaller overall size.
Unique advantages:
CDU can cover charging needs in a wide voltage range of 350V to 850V, of which the rated charging power of OBC is 11kW and the peak power of DCDC can reach 3.6kW. OBC supports self-adaptation of single-phase/three-phase charging piles and supports phase-loss operation to achieve full coverage of charging scenarios. OBC supports multi-scenario discharge conditions for in-vehicle V2L and out-vehicle V2x, of which the in-vehicle V2L discharge power can reach 3kVA and the out-vehicle V2x discharge power can reach up to 6kVA.
Application scenarios:
Applicable to 800V high voltage platform electric vehicle charging system
Future prospects:
With the development of 800V systems and the rapid growth of power battery capacity, electric vehicles have an increasingly obvious demand for high-power, high-efficiency charging systems. The 800V high-voltage integrated on-board charging system developed by MAHLE has the advantages of high power, high efficiency, wide voltage, and multi-scenario charging and discharging. It is an economical and efficient charging system solution for electric vehicles.
