Times Intelligent Integrated Chassis Production Base Settled in Yichun

Recently, we learned from CATL officials that CATL’s wholly-owned subsidiary CATL (Shanghai) Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Aera Intelligence”) and the Yichun Economic and Technological Development Zone Management Committee held an integrated intelligent chassis production meeting in Yichun City. Times Intelligence focuses on the design, production, sales and service of CIIC integrated intelligent chassis. According to the agreement, Times Intelligence will build the first integrated intelligent chassis production base based on CTC (Cell to Chassis) technology in Yichun. This move will effectively promote the implementation of CATL's CTC innovative technologies and skateboard chassis products, and help the high-quality development of the new energy industry.

Previously, Times Intelligence signed a contract with Nezha Automobile. The two parties will cooperate on the CIIC (CATL Integrated Intelligent Chassis) integrated intelligent chassis project. The first model equipped with CIIC will be launched as soon as the end of 2024. CIIC is a highly integrated electric chassis with battery/electric drive as the core and CTC (Cell to Chassis) technology.
