On October 26, 2021, at the 39th Jiangsu International New Energy Electric Vehicles and Parts Trade Fair, the new generation of safe lithium batteries developed by Poweramp New Energy Safety Technology Co., Ltd. At the press conference with the theme of "Evolution and Rebirth, Empowering the Future", Dr. Feng Zhu, Vice President of Testing, Verification and Reliability of Xinneng'an, revealed the technical barriers and innovative designs behind the "Smart Safety" series of safe lithium batteries: it uses a fully independently developed high-stability chemical system to eliminate short circuits within the battery cell; it uses exclusive technology to avoid heat diffusion of the battery cells within the battery pack; the self-developed BMS actively identifies internal short circuits and issues warnings, taking active measures to prevent safety accidents caused by improper use such as overcharging. The triple protection design from battery cells to BMS and then to the battery pack ensures that the battery is safer and more reliable during abnormal use.
As electrification becomes a major trend in the field of mini-cars, the safety of lithium batteries has become the focus of public opinion. From the perspective of the public, safety accidents such as fires and explosions caused by electric mini-car batteries occur from time to time, and more reliable products are needed; from a policy perspective, the number of two-wheeled electric vehicles in my country has exceeded 300 million. In the context of the "dual carbon" goal being written into the government work report for the first time, more cutting-edge and greener new energy technologies are urgently needed to help the mini-car industry upgrade.

Focusing on safety for five months, product upgrade
In May this year, Xinneng'an Technology came into the public eye for the first time and officially announced its entry into the field of lithium battery applications for electric micro vehicles, demonstrating a full range of technologies from battery cells to BMS and battery packs, as well as innovative lithium battery products for micro vehicles.
Among them, the industry's first super-fast charging lithium battery can achieve ultra-fast charging in as fast as 15 minutes , which brings users a brand new user experience compared to the previous industry average charging time of 5-6 hours.
Now, Xinneng'an is rapidly carrying out another round of technological upgrades: with the newly upgraded "Zhi'an" series of safe lithium batteries, it is pushing the development of lithium batteries into the "safety era".

The Xinneng'an R&D team conducted a survey on battery failure and found that overcharging, thermal runaway of battery cells caused by mechanical damage, and electrical short circuits caused by water ingress were the top three causes of battery failure. Therefore, targeted research and development was carried out: by further improving the accuracy of the self-developed BMS system algorithm, optimizing the IP67 waterproof design, and meeting the anti-thermal diffusion performance of automotive-grade safety testing and verification (GB 38031), as well as the anti-mechanical damage performance that is higher than the national recommended standard (GB/T 36972-2018 "Lithium-ion Batteries for Electric Bicycles"), ensuring that the "Zhi'an" series batteries can meet the users' needs for safe battery use in various complex environments such as bumpy road conditions, traffic accidents, wading in rainy seasons, and overcharging.

It is understood that the "Zhi'an" series of safe lithium batteries will be fully used in all types of micro-cars, including shared, battery-swap, new national standard, electric motorcycles, etc., fundamentally leading a new round of technological innovation in the industry and providing more comprehensive safety protection for the electric travel of 300 million Chinese people.

Five years of worry-free construction of a new Great Wall of electric safety
In addition to a series of innovative products, Xinneng'an also had a big news at this exhibition, launching a five-year warranty policy, the first of its kind in the lithium battery industry, to ensure customers have no worries after sales.
Ma Jian, president of the mini-car division, said that the five-year warranty revolution was first proposed in the industry. "On the one hand, it reflects the company's confidence and confidence in the safety and technical support of its own products.
