Technical description:
1) The motor and electronic control are highly integrated in a common housing design (Figure 1), which reduces the Z-axis height and is suitable for front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive, and four-wheel drive systems.

2) Advanced electromagnetic scheme design, system integration reduces line loss, and the system's maximum efficiency is 93.5%;
3) Based on the technology of parallel connection of discrete power devices and laminated busbar (Figure 2), the system vibration resistance level is 10G;

4) Rotor vacuum copper tube cooling technology (Figure 3) further balances and reduces rotor temperature, improving motor reliability;

5) High-speed, high-efficiency, high-torque gearbox (Figure 4), 16000rpm/wheel side 4500Nm;

6) The motor and MCU share the same housing and water channel cooling technology, which adopts an integrated mirror-image "double water channel" design (Figure 5), which increases the heat dissipation area, reduces the water channel flow resistance, fully cools the cooling area without cooling blind spots, improves heat dissipation capacity, reduces system costs, and improves system reliability;

7) The motor and gearbox share a common water channel with an internal and external cooling system, and the internal oil cooling system and the external circulation liquid cooling system are organically combined to improve the cooling efficiency of the system, reduce the oil temperature of the reducer, and improve the reliability of the reducer.
Unique advantages:
The "integrated core" drive assembly is the third generation drive assembly of Inboer. It is a highly integrated product that integrates motor, motor controller and reducer. It is the core component for driving new energy vehicles . Compared with its peers, it is 30% smaller in volume, 30% lighter in weight and 20-30% cheaper in cost. At present, the international highest level of total drive success rate density is 1.83kW/kg, while the total drive success rate density of the "integrated core" reaches 2.38kW/kg, an increase of 30%. At the same time, the Z-direction height of the "integrated core" drive assembly can be reduced by about 20% compared with the international highest level, which can realize the flexible use of front and rear drives.
Application scenarios:
The company's "integrated core" drive assembly can be applied to A-class, B-class, SUV passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and is suitable for front-wheel drive, rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive systems, and is widely used.
Future prospects:
The New Energy Vehicle Industry Development Plan (2021-2035) issued by the General Office of the State Council in October 2020 proposed that by 2025, the sales volume of new energy vehicles will reach about 20% of the total sales volume of new vehicles. Xin Guobin, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said on November 3, 2020 that in order to achieve the sales volume of new energy vehicles to reach about 20% of the total sales volume of new vehicles in 2025, the annual compound growth rate of the total sales volume of new energy vehicles must be maintained at more than 30% in the next five years. In 2020, the sales volume of new energy vehicles in China was 1.367 million. It is expected that by 2025, the sales volume of new energy vehicles in China will reach more than 5 million.
The "integrated core" drive assembly of this technical achievement has become a key component of new energy vehicles. One vehicle can be equipped with at least one or two sets. According to the sales volume of new energy vehicles in 2025, the electric drive market is expected to exceed 5 million sets in 2025. The trend of small size, low cost, light weight, high efficiency, high reliability and high power density electric drive assembly integration will be inevitable for the popularization and development of new energy vehicles.
