With CS FREE, users are no longer restricted by power outlets, achieving truly portable charging. Even if power is not available, 12V lead-acid and lithium batteries can be charged and maintained. For long-term maintenance charging, it can be charged from the mains using the included PD adapter, or using a solar panel kit or a separate service battery. And, with USB-C and USB-A output interfaces, it can charge laptops, smartphones, tablets, vehicles, etc.
The CS FREE comes with an internal battery that can be fully charged in less than an hour via the unit’s fast USB-C input. And, once fully charged, it can hold its charge for up to a year, making it ideal to keep in the car for when needed. “The CS FREE is the first in a new generation of CTEK battery chargers,” said Stefan Magnusson, CTEK Aftermarket Sales Director. “Consumers want to be free from the power cord and be able to get their batteries started quickly.”
The CS FREE is suitable for cars, motorcycles, RVs, vans and boats, and is easy to use. There is no need to select a cumbersome mode, just connect and the CS FREE will do the rest. When charging a low-power battery, the user can see the battery power through the LED display to determine when to start the car. In addition, the countdown display can show the time when the battery is fully charged.
main feature:
Compatible with all automotive 12V lead-acid and lithium batteries.
Adaptive boost: This is an innovative technology developed by CTEK. CS FREE can quickly charge the vehicle battery by calculating the best way to safely deliver the right amount of power to any 12V lead-acid or lithium battery. With this technology, the car can be started in 15 minutes without being connected to a power outlet in the event of a low battery. With the help of a simple and clear LED display, it can be seen whether the battery power is sufficient to start the car. Moreover, CS Free is sensitive to the state of the battery and only releases the right amount of charge for the vehicle to start. It is completely safe for the on-board electronic equipment.
Charge Anywhere: CTEK also offers some convenience accessories that can provide 5A charging service via solar panels or 12V service batteries.
1) USB-C Charging Cable Clip - Connect the USB-C charging cable clip to a separate 12V service battery to allow battery charging and maintenance without connecting to an electrical outlet.
2) Solar Panel Kit - The CTEK solar panel works perfectly with the CS FREE, so you can charge your battery via the solar panel and use this feature anywhere. This smart solar panel kit can be folded and transported, connects in seconds, and is highly responsive, providing reliable solar power when necessary.
The CS FREE comes with an internal battery that can be fully charged in less than an hour via the unit’s fast USB-C input, and once fully charged, it can hold a charge for up to a year, making it perfect to keep in your car for when necessary.
Storage options: Use the durable storage bag to store and transport the CS FREE, or use the CS wall mount to wall mount the CS FREE.
Charge your tech devices: With the USB-C and USB-A outputs, you can charge your laptops, smartphones, tablets, watches and cameras, even when the CS Free is not connected to a power outlet.
New look: With a new ergonomic design and a sturdy and durable case.
This CS FREE comes with a 2-year warranty.
Stefan Magnusson said: "For various reasons, many people cannot connect their battery charger to a power source, such as users living in apartment buildings. By using CS FREE, charging can be done anywhere, so that users will not be stranded when the battery runs out of power."
