In other words, after years of strategic layout, Luxshare Precision has become one of the few precision manufacturing platform companies in China.
In 2012, Luxshare Precision acquired Fujian Yuanguang Electronics Co., Ltd. and entered the automotive electronics field. After years of mergers and acquisitions, Luxshare Precision has not only achieved its own expansion at a relatively low cost, but more importantly, it has further helped it to achieve horizontal business expansion. Over the past few years, Luxshare Precision has gradually entered the consumer electronics industry chain, communications, automotive electronics, wearables, acoustics, camera modules and other fields from the connector business. In terms of financial data, in the first three quarters of this year, Luxshare Precision achieved revenue of 23.076 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 40.75%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 2.142 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 54.54%. Luxshare Precision also disclosed that in the first three quarters, it achieved revenue of 59.528 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 57.33%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 4.68 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 62.06%.
