2. Project site: Zhengyang County, Zhumadian City
3. Project construction entity: The company will register a wholly-owned subsidiary or holding company in Zhengyang County, Zhumadian City as the implementing entity.
4. Project construction content: The project will build a daily production capacity of 30,000 small-power square aluminum shell lithium-ion batteries and 500,000 capacitive lithium-ion batteries.
5. Total investment scale and funding sources of the project: The planned total investment is RMB 1 billion (the final total investment in fixed assets of the project is subject to the actual investment), and the funding sources are the company's own or self-raised funds.
