Recently, the photovoltaic project of Hangzhou Hangmin Damei Dyeing and Finishing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hangmin Damei"), which was co-constructed by Huzhou Haotian New Energy Co., Ltd., was launched as scheduled. The project was provided with technical support by Huawei Digital Energy and became a demonstration project for the green transformation of local manufacturing enterprises.
Hangmin Damei, founded in 2006, is a subsidiary of a Sino-foreign joint venture listed company jointly invested by Zhejiang Hangmin Co., Ltd. and Hong Kong Fumin Investment Co., Ltd. The plant covers an area of 150,000 square meters and has more than 2,000 employees. It mainly engages in the printing, dyeing and finishing of various chemical fiber, blended and pure cotton knitted and woven fabrics.
The total installed capacity of Hangmin Damei photovoltaic project is 6MW, and the annual power generation is expected to exceed 6.2 million kWh, which can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by about 2,796 tons per year. The project adopts the "self-generation and self-use, surplus power to the grid" model, which can save about 14,000 yuan in electricity bills every day, greatly reducing the company's operating costs.
The project adopts Huawei's intelligent photovoltaic solution, equipped with 21 Huawei 150K photovoltaic inverters and 22 110K photovoltaic inverters. The conversion efficiency of the 150K photovoltaic inverter is as high as 98.8%, which greatly improves the project's power generation efficiency and economy.
