Recently, the 0.2MW/0.43MWh user-side energy storage power station of Changzhou Xinheng Kefa Electronics Co., Ltd. was successfully connected to the grid and is currently operating safely and stably, promoting the company's continuous cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
The project is located in Xinbei District, Changzhou City. Through the coordinated control of distributed power sources-grid-flexible loads-energy storage, relying on precise load forecasting and intelligent scheduling algorithms, it can automatically store electricity when the grid electricity price is low, and release it for use when the electricity price is peak, thus realizing arbitrage between peak and valley electricity prices. The company can achieve two charges and two discharges per day, and the discharge capacity in the first year can reach 278,200 kWh.
The project was undertaken by Changzhou Haoxin New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a member of the New Taipei Youth Chamber of Commerce. A firewall was built near the factory building of the energy storage power station, and it has passed the evaluation and acceptance of professional fire protection units. The project uses two Trina 100kW/215KWh industrial and commercial energy storage battery cabinets, the new generation of industrial and commercial energy storage cabinet Potentia Blue Ocean, equipped with a full stack of self-developed automotive-grade Trina core, equipped with independent fire protection of battery cells, perfluorohexanone pack-level fire protection, and aerosol cabinet-level fire protection, creating a three-in-one safety protection capability.
The highly integrated cabin design reduces the product footprint by more than 30%, achieving a dynamic balance between lower electricity costs and better energy density. The entire cabinet supports multi-scenario access to the Trina Energy Storage Smart Cloud Platform system, providing one-stop software services, and enabling customers to have a worry-free and high-quality user experience within the 5-year product warranty.
Changzhou Xinbei Youth Chamber of Commerce said that it will take this project as a starting point to continue to invest in the construction and development of energy storage power stations, and make positive contributions to improving the energy structure of Changzhou's power system. Changzhou Xinbei Youth Chamber of Commerce will continue to practice low-carbon green development and extreme energy efficiency actions.
