In view of Party A's advantages in the field of new energy vehicles and Party B's technical strength in the field of solid-state batteries, in order to achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages, and jointly promote the research and development, production and market application of solid-state batteries, the two parties have established a long-term and stable strategic cooperative relationship based on the principles of equality, mutual benefit and common development, and are jointly committed to innovation and development in the field of solid-state batteries. 1. Development Cooperation
Party A provides technical requirements such as battery cell size and performance to Party B. After customized development, Party B submits battery cell samples to Party A for testing. After passing the test, the battery cell samples are installed on Party A's vehicle for verification.
2. Production cooperation
On the premise that the cost of solid-state battery packs is competitive and the production conditions of both parties are mature, the two parties will further explore the feasibility of mass production and market promotion of solid-state batteries for Party A's vehicle models.
