Dong Wei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Haili Group, led a team to Xiangxi to investigate the development of the all-vanadium liquid flow battery industry chain

From April 10 to April 12, 2024, Dong Wei, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy chairman and general manager of Haili Group, and his delegation went to Xiangxi to investigate the development of the group's construction of the all-vanadium liquid flow battery industry chain, deepen communication and cooperation with government departments at all levels in Xiangxi Prefecture, and promote the implementation of the all-vanadium liquid flow battery industry chain project.

During the investigation, Dong Wei and his delegation visited Chen Hua, governor of Xiangxi Prefecture, Yang Hongfeng, executive vice governor, and Peng Yanmin, secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of the Prefecture, and had in-depth exchanges with leaders of relevant departments of the prefecture government on the relevant matters of Haili Group's investment in the all-vanadium liquid flow battery industry chain project in Xiangxi Prefecture. A negotiation meeting between Haili Group and Guzhang County government-enterprise cooperation was held, and extensive exchanges were held with county leaders such as Teng Chaohui, secretary of the Guzhang County Party Committee, deputy county party secretary, and county magistrate Chen Rui, as well as relevant functional departments and township party committee secretaries on strategic cooperation in the vanadium industry chain, laying the foundation for the smooth progress of the project.

During the investigation, Dong Wei and his delegation also visited the Yantouzhai mining area in Guzhang County to learn about the development and utilization of vanadium resources, and went to Hongyuan Vanadium Co., Ltd. for on-site investigation. They conducted a comprehensive discussion on Hongyuan Vanadium's project construction, technical level, safety and environmental protection, and existing problems, and put forward requirements and made specific arrangements for the next step of work. He stressed that it is necessary to arrange the construction period reasonably, speed up the project construction, ensure the quality of the vanadium industry chain project and the trial run and production of Hongyuan Company as scheduled.

This investigation activity fully demonstrated Haili Group's firm determination and strong belief in the field of new materials, and also created favorable conditions for the implementation of the all-vanadium liquid flow battery industry chain project in Xiangxi Prefecture. Haili Group will continue to strengthen cooperation with government departments and contribute to promoting the high-quality economic development of Xiangxi Prefecture.
