1. Implementing energy upgrade and efficiency improvement actions

Build a sound energy supply system. Encourage parks such as Moganshan High-tech Zone and Economic Development Zone and key enterprises to build distributed energy facilities, smart microgrids and energy storage power stations, establish an integrated energy supply system of "source, grid, load and storage", and realize the reliable supply of multiple energy sources .

4. Implementing green building promotion actions

Accelerate the application of renewable energy in buildings. Improve the level of electrification of building terminals and explore the construction of "photovoltaic, energy storage, direct current and flexible" buildings that integrate photovoltaic power generation, energy storage, direct current distribution and flexible electricity use.

8. Implementing the Low-Carbon Science and Technology Strengthening Action Plan

Vigorously promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Strengthen the transformation of new energy technologies, promote the application of distributed photovoltaic and biomass energy, and actively explore technologies such as energy storage and hydrogen energy.
