The final total investment of the project shall be subject to the actual investment), and all funds are self-raised by the company.

(IV) Project construction period: approximately 2.5 years (subject to the actual construction situation).
(V) Project construction content: purchase of land; construction and renovation of workshops and factories for various production processes; purchase of advanced equipment required for the production of precision structural parts for new energy batteries and equipment installation, etc.
(VI) Project economic benefits: The project intends to build a high-quality, efficient, intelligent and automated production base, which will mainly produce precision structural parts for new energy vehicle power batteries, energy storage batteries and consumer batteries. After reaching full production capacity, the annual output value will be approximately RMB 3.3 billion (based on current market judgment, there is a risk that the expected output value target cannot be achieved due to changes in the market environment).
