This signing is to implement the five-year "Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement" signed by Xinzhu Shares, Neijiang Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., Dalian Rongke Energy Storage Technology Development Co., Ltd., and Xingxin Vanadium on December 7, 2023. It is one of the important measures to cooperate with the leading domestic vanadium liquid flow battery energy storage industry leading enterprises to layout and develop vanadium battery related businesses.
