On December 5, the 2023 Annual Work Meeting of the Solar Power Generation Branch of the China Electricity Council and the Seminar on High-quality Development of Solar Power Generation were held in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province. Representatives from industry associations, power generation groups, and related companies attended the meeting to discuss in depth the promotion of high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry. At the meeting, the State Power Investment Corporation released the "State Power Investment Corporation Photovoltaic Energy Storage Empirical Blue Book (2023 Edition)", which showed the data analysis results of the two empirical experimental platforms in Daqing, Heilongjiang and Gonghe, Qinghai from multiple angles.
This blue book release is the third time that SPIC has released it to the industry after 2021 and 2022. Based on the data collection and analysis of two different typical climate empirical experimental bases, the National Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Empirical Experimental Platform (Daqing Base) and the 100MW Photovoltaic Power Generation Empirical Base (Gonghe Base), it deeply reveals the operating characteristics of four major products such as components, inverters, brackets, and energy storage, as well as the two major systems of photovoltaic systems and photovoltaic storage systems under different typical climatic conditions, and puts forward empirical conclusions and analyzes the empirical value.
The Blue Book provides an outlook for future empirical work
In accordance with the principles of overall planning and step-by-step implementation, we will carry out follow-up planning and construction of the National Photovoltaic and Energy Storage Demonstration Experimental Platform (Daqing Base).
We will give full play to the role of the empirical base at a deep and high level, do a good job in empirical data mining, and form a batch of technologies, products and standards with advanced technical levels, market prospects and independent intellectual property rights.
We will give full play to the functions of the empirical base as a scientific and educational highland and standard incubator, provide customized technical consulting, product certification and other services to the industry, and better serve the development of the country and the industry.
It is planned to build new empirical bases with different typical climates, and to create a matrix of large-scale solar-storage empirical experimental bases in different climate zones.
Fully leverage the value and advantages of the demonstration base, rely on the demonstration base to promote demonstration experiments on key electrical components and systems, accelerate the promotion of new products and technologies, tackle key technologies for active support of the power grid, solve the problem of safe and stable operation of the power grid under the high proportion of new energy penetration, develop digital and intelligent technologies for the photovoltaic industry, and promote intelligent upgrading of the photovoltaic industry.
SPIC will make every effort to build a multifunctional empirical platform with industry discourse power, fully demonstrate the scientificity, systematicness, fairness and authority of the platform, provide a strong scientific basis for the country to formulate industrial policies and technical standards, provide solid data support for industry technological progress, and enable innovative development of the photovoltaic and energy storage industries.
