On the 10th, Hubei Dongyu Xinsheng New Energy Co., Ltd. delivered the first batch of battery cell products, marking that the production of Xinwangda Dongfeng Yichang Power Battery Production Base has entered the fast lane.
The lithium-ion power cells rolled off the production line this time cover a range of 300 to 700 kilometers, and can achieve full coverage of all-scenario applications from A00 and A0-class cars to medium and large sedans and SUVs, with strong competitiveness and advantages.
The Xinwanda Dongfeng Yichang power battery production base project is located in the High-tech Zone of Yichang City, Hubei Province. It is jointly invested and constructed by Dongfeng Group, Dongfeng Hongtai and Xinwanda Power Technology Co., Ltd., and Hubei Dongyu Xinsheng New Energy Co., Ltd. was established to be responsible for operation.
The total investment of the project is 12 billion yuan, and it is planned to build an annual output of 30Gwh of new energy power batteries, of which the first phase has a production capacity of 20GWh. It is a new energy power battery production base integrating the research and development, design, production and sales of power battery cells, modules, PACK and battery systems.
