Encourage private capital to invest in new energy, new materials, energy conservation and environmental protection, green and low-carbon related industries, focus on key projects with breakthrough, driving and demonstration, and expand the scale of green and low-carbon industries. Support qualified private enterprises to establish technology centers and research centers, conquer, transform and apply a number of green and low-carbon key technologies, promote carbon peak and carbon neutrality, and provide carbon reduction technologies and services.
