(hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), and Hunan Cube New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Cube New Energy") and Liaoning Star Sodium Battery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Star Sodium Battery") reached a strategic cooperation consensus on all parties giving full play to their respective advantages, sharing resources, and jointly carrying out in-depth cooperation in the field of sodium ion battery technology research and development. On September 12, 2023, they signed the "Project Cooperation Framework Agreement" in Anshan City.
Main contents of the agreement
Party A: Hunan Cube New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
Party B: Liaoning Meicai New Materials Co., Ltd.
Party C: Liaoning Xingkong Sodium Battery Co., Ltd.
The three parties agreed to carry out in-depth cooperation in the field of sodium-ion battery technology research and development. Party A's main task is to develop sodium-ion battery cell manufacturing processes and develop sodium-ion battery products. Party B's main task is to develop and manufacture sodium-ion battery Prussian blue positive electrode materials. Party C's main task is to propose a sodium-ion energy storage battery demand project of no less than 1GWh in 2024. As partners, Parties A, B and C will carry out in-depth cooperation at the level of sodium-ion battery materials and cells, and are committed to launching competitive sodium-ion battery products. The sodium-ion battery cells and Prussian blue positive electrode materials produced by Party A and Party B will be supplied to Party C first at a market-competitive price; at the same time, in the future, the three parties will expand the scope of cooperation and strengthen the partnership in terms of sodium-ion positive electrode materials, battery production lines, and the design, development, and construction of PACK assembly lines through technical cooperation and mutual shareholding.
