On September 6, the new product launch conference and partner conference with the theme of "Sungrow Smart Storage, Industrial and Commercial Energy Expert" was successfully held in Hangzhou. Witnessed by more than 100,000 online and offline viewers, Sungrow's new industrial and commercial liquid-cooled energy storage system, the PowerStack 200CS series, made its grand debut.
PowerStack 200CS follows Sungrow’s fine tradition of “three-electric integration” and “full-stack self-developed”. Based on the deep integration of power electronics, electrochemistry and grid support technologies, it further strengthens the innovative use and integration of AI technology. It adopts the “intelligent storage in one” design and “full-stack one-machine” structure. It has smarter EMS dispatching capabilities, better intelligent temperature control systems, and stronger safety protection. It solves the three major user pain points of revenue, operation and maintenance, and safety, making industrial and commercial storage worry-free.
Smart system, profitable as you wish
1. EMS smart brain, better scheduling: revenue increased by 10%
PowerStack 200CS is equipped with the self-developed EMS intelligent energy dispatching system, which uses the Engrow algorithm to quickly generate the best dispatching strategy through deep learning of massive data to ensure the maximization of dispatching benefits. It also supports the coordination of photovoltaic storage and charging, and the coordination of station & cloud strategies, so as to better realize peak-valley arbitrage, demand control and other dispatching. After field testing, it has increased the power station's benefits by 10%.
2. PCS intelligent core processing, efficient charging and discharging: energy conversion efficiency ≥ 99%
PowerStack 200CS embeds PCS into the battery cabinet. Through new carbon-silicon composite modules, efficient modulation strategies, ultra-low magnetic loss integration and other technologies, the PCS energy conversion efficiency is ≥ 99%, and the system charging and discharging efficiency is higher.
3. Second generation intelligent liquid cooling temperature control: more power saving and longer life
PowerStack 200CS is equipped with the second-generation intelligent liquid cooling temperature control system, with a cell temperature difference of ≤2.2 degrees, and the system life is increased by 2 years. Equipped with AI bionic thermal balance technology, auxiliary power consumption is reduced by 33%, and a single machine can save 12 kWh of electricity per day.
Through the above innovations, the cycle efficiency of the PowerStack 200CS system has exceeded 91%, and a single machine can discharge more than 4,500 degrees per year, greatly improving the efficiency of the power station. In addition, the system supports a variety of business models such as demand control, virtual power plants, peak-valley arbitrage, demand-side response, and power factor improvement. According to the Zhejiang economic model, the payback period is 3.87 years.

1. Simple installation, one machine for all needs
PowerStack 200CS adopts the integrated design of BMS, PCS and EMS, and is fully self-developed. It is pre-installed and pre-debugged before leaving the factory, and can be connected to the grid with "one-time wiring and one-key setting" on site. It supports 1 to 10 machines for expansion at will, and can be face-to-face, back-to-back, and shoulder-to-shoulder, meeting the industrial and commercial application scenarios where every inch of land is valuable.
2. Intelligent operation and maintenance, one-touch dispatch
PowerStack 200CS is equipped with the Sunshine Smart Energy Cloud Platform, which allows users to monitor the operation status and revenue data anytime and anywhere, and remotely set scheduling parameters with just a few taps. It can configure station and cloud strategies online, support near-end and remote intelligent operation and maintenance, and eliminate the need for manual site visits, thus saving operation and maintenance costs.
All-round protection, safe electricity use
PowerStack 200CS continues the high-standard full-equipment safety design, with "no blind spot" protection from battery cells to the whole machine, from the system to the cloud. Battery cell-level AI health management, real-time evaluation of battery cell status, early warning; "package level, cluster level, cabinet level" three-level overcurrent electrical protection, graded and accurate shutdown, minimize failure losses; in terms of fire protection, "one prevention, two discharge, three elimination" is implemented. In terms of data security, "cloud, pipe, edge" triple information encryption, zero data leakage.
