On August 30, the EESA 2nd China International Energy Storage Exhibition officially opened in Suzhou.

At the exhibition, Haier Smart Building brought the industry's first energy storage full industry chain solution, four innovative new liquid cooling units and many of its star products to make a wonderful appearance, contributing Haier's strength to the high-quality development of the energy storage industry and the joint construction of a green ecology.

The four new liquid-cooled temperature control products launched by Haier Smart Building for high-power energy storage systems have obvious advantages in terms of high efficiency and energy saving, stability and safety, and customization.

Focusing on the development trend and market demand of the energy storage industry, during the exhibition, Haier Smart Building launched the industry's first energy storage full industry chain solution through four exhibition areas. From energy storage battery production scenarios, to energy storage battery temperature control scenarios, to energy storage battery application scenarios, the industry-leading full-scenario customized solutions meet the user needs of high efficiency, energy saving, stability and safety in the entire industry chain, and promote the green development of the energy storage industry.

Energy storage battery production environment solution

In the production scenario, in order to meet the pain points of industrial dehumidification, energy saving, low carbon and environmental protection in the production process of energy storage batteries, Haier Smart Building has launched an integrated solution of rotary dehumidification + high-temperature heat pump regeneration. The system's comprehensive energy efficiency reaches 3.8, which saves 50% energy compared to traditional electric heating or gas heating solutions, reaching the industry-leading level.

In response to the temperature control needs of high-power energy storage systems, Haier Smart Building relies on more than 20 years of variable frequency technology accumulation, focuses on more energy-saving liquid cooling technology, and launches four new liquid cooling products: liquid cooling all-in-one machines below 10kw (door-mounted/frame-mounted) and 15-60kw liquid cooling all-in-one machines (top outlet/side outlet).

The product integrates stability, safety, high efficiency, energy saving and convenient service. The zinc-aluminum-magnesium plate + spraying solution of the box body makes the anti-corrosion reach C5 level, and the global high adaptability brought by the wide operating range of -30℃~55℃ ensures the stability and safety of the battery compartment to the greatest extent; the full DC frequency conversion technology is more efficient and energy-saving, the integrated design and intelligent one-button refilling greatly improve management efficiency and reduce operating costs.
