GAC Energy and Jingang Enterprise signed a strategic cooperation agreement

On July 31, 2023, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement between GAC Energy and Jingang Automotive Culture Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jingang Enterprise") was held at GAC Aion. Ye Mingqin, President of Jingang Enterprise, Lin Haitong, Director, He Weiqiang, Chairman of Yima Jingang, Xiao Yong, Deputy General Manager of GAC Aion, Liu Zhihui, General Manager of GAC Energy, and Tan Mingyou, Director of Key Accounts, attended and witnessed the signing ceremony. Zhang Shaodong, General Manager of Jingang Enterprise, and Xiang Zhongyuan, Deputy Director of the Investment and Cooperation Department of GAC Energy, signed the strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both parties.

In the early stage, with the joint efforts of GAC Energy and Jingang Enterprise, the two parties have started cooperation in the field of integrated energy of photovoltaic storage, charging and swapping. The first project in cooperation with Guangzhou Yima Jingang Automobile Culture Co., Ltd. was settled in Guangzhou Passenger Transport Station, building a 510kW medium-sized battery swap station and 3 sets of 360kW one-to-six fast charging equipment. It has now entered the construction stage and is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in August; the second batch of two large projects will be settled in Beijing Jingang Automobile Park and 898 Innovation Space. At present, the teams of both parties are in close communication on the implementation of the projects; the third batch of 19 projects have completed preliminary surveys, and the next step will be to discuss cooperation plans.

According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will actively respond to the country's call to build a high-quality charging and swapping infrastructure system, and from a strategic and long-term perspective, give play to each other's advantages in resources, funds, technology, etc., promote cooperation in six major areas including charging and swapping, integrated smart energy in the park, energy storage, new energy vehicle sales, international business, and automobile competitions, automobile modification, and supercars, and continue to promote innovation in cooperation models to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. Combining Jingang's world-class standard of event enjoyment with GAC Energy's high-quality energy replenishment scenarios, the two strong teams will join hands to create an ultimate new energy vehicle operation park demonstration and contribute to the high-quality development of my country's new energy vehicle industry.
